Ricardo Murelli (Rome, b.1975)
The work of Murelli spread through several techniques: sculpture, engraving, digital printing and design, alternating individual works to site specific projects. In any case, geometric relationships that offer new spaces; languages that have different reality united in the uniqueness image deconstruct and fragmented that aspires to synthesize the dynamism of the experience. In recent years, employing almost exclusively metals, particularly stainless steel, has created a partnership with Massimo Novelli, owner of Officine Ineco in Narni/Terni, who for years collaborated to produce sculptors and designers. He has worked on projects with visual communication Assemble audiovisual research (Gear / Virtual Festival dei Due Mondi 2002, Spoleto, Kunst Merano Project), as assistant to sculptor Beverly Pepper in the study of Todi; with Com.plot S.Y.S. tem group of independent artists that explores the relationship between art and architecture (Piazza Project Eindhoven, Other visions 10th Venice Biennale of Architecture), with Natuzzi spa and Molteni & C. The works are printed in Stamperia Tevere in Rome and Milan Stamperia Puliti. Founded in 2007 with the artist Elia Saturday and art historian A. Dambruoso a Association Artevere. In 2008 he created the scenery for shooting at the Rome Opera Theater of The Intercom film, directed by Emanuela Rossi Corbucci. From'95 is involved in personal and collective exhibitions and is present in public and private collections.
